“JAYSIS” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) complies with the relevant privacy protection regulations that information and communications service providers must observe, including the Protection of Communications Secrets Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, as well as other applicable laws.
The Company establishes and implements this Privacy Policy in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations to protect the rights and interests of its users.

This Privacy Policy may be amended in accordance with changes in relevant laws, guidelines, or the Company’s internal policies. In the event of any revisions, the Company will provide prior notice on its website at least seven (7) days before the effective date.

The Company’s Privacy Policy includes the following:

The Company collects the following personal information for membership registration, customer consultations, service applications, and service provision:

  • Identity verification for member-based services
  • Prevention of fraudulent use and unauthorized access
  • Verification of membership intention and limitations on sign-ups
  • Verification of legal guardian consent for users under 14 years of age
  • Future verification of legal guardians

  • Delivery of notices

C. Marketing and Advertising

  • Development and specialization of new products or services

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

In principle, the Company destroys the personal information of users without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.
However, the following information will be retained for the reasons and periods set forth below:

B. Retention Required by Relevant Laws
When necessary under applicable laws such as the Commercial Act or the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Company retains member information for a specified period.
In such cases, the Company uses the retained information only for the purpose of retention, and the retention periods are as follows:

  • Records related to contracts or withdrawal of subscription

    • Retention period: 5 years
  • Records related to payment and supply of goods
    • Reason: Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
    • Retention period: 5 years
  • Records related to consumer complaints or dispute handling

    • Retention period: 3 years
  • Records related to identity verification
    • Reason: Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection
    • Retention period: 6 months
  • Records of visits (log data)
    • Reason: Protection of Communications Secrets Act
    • Retention period: 3 months
